This session explored the options available when confronted with applicants who are unable to provide official records of study, whether due to war, natural disasters, or school closure in the home country. Perspectives were given from a credentials evaluation agency, EducationUSA advisor, and major institutions located in Canada and the US. An update on Syria was also shared. Click here to view.
