IERF accepts credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard only). In addition, although our application form states that when requesting a Rush Report, payment must be made by cashier's check or money order, we now also accept credit card payments for rush services. If you are sending in an application via the mail and want to pay by credit card, please fill out the Credit Card Information form below and submit it along with your completed Application form to IERF. We recommend that you fill the Credit Card Information form out online, print it, sign and date it, and mail it along with the appropriate documents to our address below. Alternatively, you can print the form and fill it out by hand. If you have already submitted your completed application form to IERF and did not include the credit card information, or if you wish to make an additional payment, please submit the Credit Card Information form to our Fees Department (you can also fax the form directly to 310.258.9449 or e-mail it to fees@ierf.org; be sure to include your file number as well, if applicable).

If you are requesting duplicate copies of your completed evaluation, please note that there is a two-year limit. We are currently able to issue duplicate copies of reports dated 2006 and thereafter. For evaluations issued prior to 2006, a new report and new application fees are required. Please note that IERF reserves the right to deny a request for a duplicate copy on the basis of changes that may have taken place in: 1) the educational system of the country of study, 2) IERF policy or 3) the requirements of the institution/licensing board/agency to which the report is to be sent, since the time the initial report was issued. In such a case, a new report and new application fees are required.
