Services and Fees for the Application for Military Enlistment Purposes

   1. High School Report – $90 per application. This report identifies the institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credential(s) earned and the United States educational equivalent.
       
   2. College/University Report – $90 per application. This report identifies the institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credential(s) earned and the United States educational equivalent.
       
2. Pick-up/Delivery Options
   
   
   The recruiter may pick up the evaluation (by appointment only). Alternatively, the evaluation can be mailed to the recruiter via Regular Mail, Domestic Secure Mailing ($20), or Domestic Next Day Delivery ($35).
