1. High School Report – $60 per application. This report identifies the institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credential(s) earned and the United States educational equivalent.
    
2. College/University Report – $70 per application. This report identifies the institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credential(s) earned and the United States educational equivalent.
